Equipment
Survivor's Armor.
40/40 Healing or Protection Prayers Set. (You only have 1 Healing Prayers spell, so protection may be more beneficial.)
Defensive Set ( Spear/Shield, health mods, armor vs. damage types and condition reduction times )
High Energy Set. ( 30/-2)
Usage
Use Reversal of Fortune for a quick heal, and as a way to counter heavy hitting skills such as Lightning Orb or Dervish Scythe attacks.
Use Word of Healing as your primary healing skill, it provides a very large boost of health. This can also be used to follow up Infuse Health if you brought it.
Use Dismiss Condition and Holy Veil to remove hexes and conditions as they come.
Pre-Veil if you see a dangerous player such as an Augury Spiker or Shadow Prison Assassin.
Use Protective Spirit as an anti-spike skill.
Use Signet of Rejuvenation as a free heal and as a form of energy managment.
Counters
Standard caster counters ( Diversion, Daze, Interuption etc...)
Signet of Humility will heavily reduce this builds effectiveness.
Variants
Quick recharging, cheap protection spells ( Small Prots ) such as Guardian, Shield of Absorption, and Shielding Hands.
An additional healing spell such as Dwayna's Kiss , this will usually replace Signet of Rejuvenation.
Large scale PvP Support Spells such as Aegis or Heal Party.
Infuse Health couples well with Word of Healing, generally used for GvG only.
Energy managment skills such as Channeling, Glyph of Lesser Energy, or Divine Spirit( Pairs well with Deny Hexes).
Defensive skills such as Return or Shield Bash.
You may replace the condition/hex removal skills with similar spells. ( Holy Veil for Remove Hex or Dismiss Condition for Mend Ailment etc.)
Replace Protective Spirit with Spirit Bond.
